relative visa petition (Form I-130) filed by your relative or on an
employment
based visa petition (Form I-140) based on a business that is five percent or
more owned by your family.

2. A copy of your complete Federal income tax return, as filed with the
Internal Revenue Service, for each of the most recent 3 tax years. If you
were
not required to file a tax return in any of the most recent 3 tax years, you
must provide an explanation. you must also submit copies of your W-2s for
each
of the most recent 3 tax years, and if necessary to meet the income
requirement, evidence of other income reported on your tax returns, such as
Forms 1099.
3. If you rely on income of any members of your household or dependents in
order to reach the minimum income requirement, copies of their Federal
income
tax returns for the most recent 3 tax years.
4. Evidence of current employment or self-employment, such as a recent pay
statement, or a statement from your employer on business stationery, showing
beginning date of employment, type of work performed, and salary or wages
paid. You must also provide evidence of current employment for any person
whose income is used to qualify.
5. If you are using the income of persons in your household or dependents to
qualify, Proof of their residency and relationship to you if they are not
listed as dependents on your income tax return for the most recent tax year.
Copies of their individual Federal income tax returns for the 3 most recent
tax years, or an explanation if fewer are submitted. Proof of their current
employment or self-employment. |

1。petitioner的绿卡或者公民证（naturalization certificate）；
2。双方共同的银行帐户，或者共同的房产证明，或者共同的孩子的出生证明，或者认
识你们夫妻双方的第三方的affidavit，证明你们婚姻属实。
I-485不需要无犯罪公证。
另外，所有的申请费都过期了。例如，I-130 filing fee是355美元，而不是185美元。精华
区的这个帖子显然很久没有update了。

应该是不需要，如果没有什么被arrest的经历。
你可以仔细看每个表格特别是485的instruction。

2. 公民护照信息页（有照片的那页）一份
3. 公民出生证/出生公证一份
到底是这3个东西都需要呢，还是只需要一个东西？ 感觉这3个其实的同一个东西，都是证明公民身份的。

1. 美国公民护照；
2. 入籍证明（Naturalization Certificate）。
都是证明公民身份的。

card罢了。
