今天上午给议员发了一封信，刚刚收到消息说批了。LD和偶两个的。
Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO
ADJUST STATUS
Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production
On January 20, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30
days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we
will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer
service at 1-800-375-5283.
从开始准备申请到现在整整两年，遇到了无良140律师，一直到去年4月才交上，7月批
下来140。结果从7月到10月交了3次485被拒，最后终于于10月5号收了。最后是议员帮
了大忙，催了EAD和485，这才批下来。
Timeline：
我的主申请 （LP的时间都一样就不写了，只有FP比我早半个月）：
7/1 1st 485 filing and rejected on 7/15
因为是cross chargeability case,刚成立的lockbox不会处理
10/01 RD 485/EAD/AP
10/05 ND
10/28 soft LUD
11/08 电话催FP
11/12 FP Notice
12/02 walk in FP
12/03 soft LUD after FP
12/20 call for SR on EAD， 485和AP都不给做
1/11 传真个人材料，privacy form给议员

1/20 早上收到J email说 USCIS不给SR，因为正在处理June26之前的案子
我回email说之前被错误拒了三次，给了证据
中午J email说会联系USCIS
晚饭时间收到case update messages。
终于一块石头落地了，为了这个卡要和LP和新出生的宝宝两地，找工作也一直不顺，希
望现在开始转运。也祝大家的卡早日批下来。
