但是，我现在还没有和任何一个人联系。我猜我要先确定某人会给我写推荐信，我才能

2、一般发信去要别人写推荐信的时候，是不是差不多就要把推荐信草稿准备好？

I suggest submit 5 to 6 letters, at least 4 - 5 independent letters + 1 from
current employer. You may not get a response from everyone. I would do
several rounds until you get enough letters.
Write a letter first explaining what the letter is for and say that you'll
draft the letter for him/her to edit.
Critical part is do not let the referees write the letters, you have to do
this yourself (either through attorney, or yourself). Letters need to be
very strong, each covering different points - for example, one letter
emphasizes your publication record, citation; the other focuses on your
award, contribution. In the end putting all letters together, you present a
strong argument. Therefore, the procedure is to write all 5 letters then
send out for signature. In case some referee changes a letter significantly
, don't use that referee; instead, send the same letter to another referee
for signature.
