mention that point. Well many silly lawyers spent time playing with those
words instead of talking about intrinsic evidences.
The point you want to prove is that, you have contributed a lot to National
Interest (NI). "a lot" means you have brag a lot about your work related to
at least 3~4 aspects of NI, for example,
1) Improve the U.S. economy
2) Improve the environment of the US, make more productive use of natural
resources
3) Improve wages and working conditions of U.S. workers
The rationale is, once you brag enough, it demonstrates that your
contribution to NI is so significant that "national interest of the U.S.
will be adversely affected by requiring me to go through Labor Certification
." You don't have to mention this point at all.

发帖数: 415 | 5 很多IO最善于对付象这种论证了. IO的一个模版回答: 走Labor Certification的话，
耽误时间是对你个人和公司而言, 和国家利益无关. NIW本来不是用来弥补Labor
Certification短处的. 如果你前面论述很强, IO可能就略过你这点了. 如果你前面给
IO印象有点犹豫, 你这一点反而画蛇添足, 招来RFE.
