发帖数: 8496 | 4 if RFE is issued for the proof of employment, it indicates that your officer
will care about whether you were unemployed for more than 90 days. So if
you can't prove your employment, it is possible he will deny your change of
status based on you have violated your F1 OPT status. In that case you will
need to get H4 visa stamp abroad and reenter US.

过渡。
