个SR，记录了详细理由，说我的case很有可能被expedite，因为已经等了6个月了。不
过higher level officer很冷淡，说现在他们只处理到3月29号，还要有2-3个月才能处
理我的case。我也懒得跟他说那么多了。
上周骚扰congressman和senator。只有senator的小蜜要我填了个破表，说会和uscis联
系，不过说他们不能强迫uscis做什么，反正过了一个多星期了也是什么消息也没有。
年内是没什么希望绿了。随便吧。 |

case still in a time period. Then asked my state senator for help. Nothing
feed back yet |

Thank you for your patience as I looked into the status of you and your wife
's applications for permanent residence. I understand that you and your
wife submitted your applications at the end of June 2011, and visa numbers
are available for your applications. The office that is processing your
applications is currently making decisions on applications that were
submitted in March 2011. Unfortunately, they currently have a backlog of
applications, which has resulted in the delay you have been experiencing.
They have brought in additional officers to work overtime in an effort to
make final decisions on the backlogged applications as soon as possible.
At this time USCIS estimates that it will be approximately 30-60 days before
they are able to make finals decisions on you and your wife's applications.
While I understand your desire to obtain permanent resident status as
quickly as possible I am unable to expedite your applications at this time
as it would be unfair to the applicants who have already been waiting even
longer to obtain decisions on their permanent residency applications. I
appreciate your understanding.
I will continue to check in with USCIS in regards to their progress on your
applications and I will keep you informed of further updates I receive.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions in the
meantime.
