教一下。
1）Visa Bulletin 上没有关于父母排期的信息，是不是给父母申请绿卡不需要排期？
前几年的时候，有朋友说可能半年左右能下来，最近还是这个行情吗？
2）可不可以130 和 485 一并申请？
3）父母准备三个月后回国。如果申请了绿卡之后，是不是一定要等到绿卡批准了，才
能再次来美？如果绿卡申请过程中要打指纹的话，是在中国做还是美国做？
4）如果申请了绿卡之后，超期留在（黑在）美国会有什么后果呢？

Immediate Relatives
The term “immediate relative(s)” is used to define certain immigrant
relatives of U.S. citizens. Immediate relatives include:
Spouses of U.S. citizens
Children (unmarried and under 21) of U.S. citizens
Parents of U.S. citizens (The petitioning citizen must be 21 or older.)
For immediate relatives of U.S. citizens, visas are always available, which
means that your family member does not need to wait in line for a visa.
Immediate relatives who are in the United States can file Form I-485,
Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status at the same
time as Form I-130. For more information on how your relative can apply to
adjust status (i.e. get a green card) while he or she is in the United
States, see the "How Do I Help My Relative Become a Permanent Resident?"
guide.

Once they submit the 485, they should get the FP notices in about a month or
less, they should get it done here. Also, they should apply for AP if they
want to go back China, and they should leave only after the AP is approved
and in hand, otherwise if they leave without an AP, their 485 would be
regarded as abandoned, and there's nearly no chance for them to apply for B
visas again, since they have shown immigration intention. If they have
anything emergent to go home, you can apply for consular processing for them
, while they wait in China, later.
While their 485's are pending, once their B visa expires, their status
becomes AOS. It's fine that they wait here. It's lawful presence, not 黑在美
国.
