I am an recent engineering PhD graduate , working as a research engineer for
a large technology company. The immigration team in the company will start
the GC process for me in May. As far as I understand, they will do either
Eb1b or eb2 PERM.
I was wondering which route I should take. I feel my background(see below)
is not strong enough for eb1b and might get denied so will it be safer to do
eb2 PERM? Any suggestions and comments?
my background:
journal publications/book charters: 7
conference papers: 3
conference oral presentations: 3
conference invited talk: 1
citations: ~20
reviews:15~20
PC members for 4 conferences and associate editors for 2 journals (not top
ones)
patent filing: 2 | c****9
