也想同问这个问题。从皮匠的博客上看，这两个同时申请好像不好。但是也没看到别的
地方有说。不知道到底是不是这么回事。

如果你同时申请 EB-1a 和 EB-1b，那没有什么关系，没有任何的冲突。
倘若你申请 NIW 之后又申请 PERM (EB-2/3)，那么移民局拒了你的 NIW，似乎是顺理
成章的。为什么？既然你能够、而且在申请 PERM，那么就说明你不是一定需要 NIW 的
。

会太在意。如果NIW在前，PERM在后，这可能就有个逻辑问题在里面，呵呵。

someone might be lucky does not mean it can be applied to others. for
example, someone may still get his or her gc approved after he/she use an F1
visa to come back to US while his/her 485 is pending. but we know that
should not be encouraged and doing so will jeopardize one's gc application
in theory.
