已批。现在我老婆的485 收到RFE, 要我提供 employment letter. 但是最后说了一句
话“This letter should be in the original and signed by an executive of
officer of the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of
permanent employment. the letter must also indicate whether the terms and
conditions of the employment-based visa petition continue to exist." 不太明
白是什么意思，我的是EB1A，没有要雇主支持啊。 大家碰到过类似的情况吗？多谢了

发帖数: 9977 | 2 这个真古怪啊。1A确实需要EVL， 但是1B才要求是permanent employment。
我觉得你交上一份EVL就可以了，不用permanent也行。
