Sincerely,
HR
HR的人比较保守，不太愿意用permanent, indefinite这样的词。大家看我现在这样的

以吗？有什么需要改的吗？

的EVL里面可以加上一句：
This memo verifies that DR. XXXXXX will continue to carry out the terms and
conditions of the approved I-140 petition. |

offer letter就不知道了。
HR那么比较死板，不肯加你建议的这个意思，最后就按我1楼说的那样发的。会
不会因为这个直接被拒啊？

雇佣就可以了

offer letter should used such terms in there.
I'm now working on the letter and having similar problem as well. The school
doesn't want to use words like "we'll", and just used "is employed as a ...
, salary is ...". I don't know, but my lawyer said it's fine. |
