Just heard from XX; EB-1 application costs double, and takes a lot more
effort. Our regular practice has been to sponsor employees for HB-1 visa,
and then they apply for green card based on their own.
Please let me know what you think.

Dear XX,
Thank you very much for your quick response. If the cost is double, how
about I pay the cost and the company sign the legal paperwork for me in
applying EB-1 at some point in the future? If I have the green card, that
would save the company's cost and effort to apply or renew for the H1B as
well.

Thanks for your reply, and I can understand the concerns of the company. To
reduce the cost and effort for the application of EB1b green card, I can pay
the cost and prepare the documents for the company to review and sign. This
may also save the company for the effort to apply or renew H1B visa. I
think this is a win-win situation for the company and me. Hopefully this
will work out. Thank you!

如果你觉得你的条件短期（OPT期间）能上EB1A，那就简单多了。

发帖数: 927 | 12 开始工作了，再搞文章就很难了，所以EB1A估计比较困难了。所以希望公司能保障b,至
少先有保障。 不过也是商量，bottom line就是NIW了。。。没办法现在没别的选。
