want to re-new it. I can only apply for a 1-year re-entry permit then? (
stay 4 out of 5 years).
2. I have to return my I-131 to immigration, file my application in August,
and come back US in October. Any risks of doing that? |

re-entry permit 只管两年，您回国4年了，应该早失效了。 |

re-entry permit的申请必须在人在美国境内的时候递交。所以不明白“file my
application in August, and come back US in October”的意思 |

近要过期。So，I will come back to apply again. Any risk for my application?
