认可了intrinsic merit和national in scope，但质疑adversely affect the
national interest。
IO指出：
（1）我的6封推荐信里没有independent的，质疑专家意见客观性；
（2）推荐信里没说我的贡献比美国同行高；
（3）我在pl提出的自己具有的突出技能很容易通过labor certification获得。
另外本人小硕，有4篇挂名文章，都是去年才发的，共15次引用。
IO说引用太少，文章不具影响力。另外还说引用都来自其他领域，所以这些文章不能证
明我比同行出色。
以下是RFE的具体内容：
The petitioner may submit the following evidence:
. Letters of independent recommendations indicating original contributions;
. Copies of national or international awards and criteria for granting the
awards; and
. Evidences that the beneficiary's contributions influenced the field
significantly.
The petitioner must establish that the national interest would not be served
if the petitioner was required to obtain a labor certificate for the
proposed employment. Please submit evidence to establish that the
beneficiary's past record justifies projections of future benefits to the
nation.
In addition, the petitioner must persuasively demonstrate that the national
interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required.
The petitioner must demonstrate that it would be contrary to the national
interest to potentially deprive the prospective employer of the beneficiary'
s services by making the position available to US workers.
The petitioner must establish that the beneficiary's skills or background
are unique and innovative and serve the national interest. If the
beneficiary posses any special skills, knowledge or abilities that could not
be articulated on an application for labor certification, the petitioner
must submit evidence to demonstrate these special skills,knowledge or
abilities. For example, the petitioner may submit the following evidence;
.Copies of the beneficiary's patents or copyrights;
.Performances evaluations for the last five to ten years;
.Work that has be evaluated in independent press releases or media; and
.Awards for work in the field, accompanies by a statement from in
institution that granted the award,commenting on the number of awards given,
the frequency of the award, the criteria for granting the award, and the
number of individuals eligible to compete for the award.

除了推荐信，别的东西我都没有。
