和485（不包括AP和EAD），之前问过律师如果140被拒会不会影响我用OPT得到的EAD继
续工作，得到的回答是不会。刚才在版上却看到有人言之凿凿说是140被拒连OPT的EAD
也失效。到底那个说法
是对的啊？有点晕菜，希望明白人解惑，也给有同样问题的绿友一个参考。 |

You should be fine as long as you do not use I-485 based EAD (in that case
of using I-485 based EAD, your F1 status is automatically changed to AOS. If
I-485 is denied, you need to leave US right away.)
