九月26号USPS tracking显示485送到了TSC。
10月一号收到email notice，显示I485，I131， I797都送到了NSC。
然后上网查状态，I485是acceptance如下：
On September 29, 2014, your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed
you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any
instructions on this notice. Your case is being processed at our NEBRASKA
SERVICE CENTER location. You will be notified by mail when a decision is
made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case
is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your
case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-
5283.
I131是initial review如下：
On September 26, 2014, we received this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL
DOCUMENT, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case.

问题是我9月26号包裹才到TSC，怎么会在同一天的的I131和I765就到了NSC？
还有难道140在哪儿批的485就应该送到哪个center吗？我因为懒，连485都是找律师弄
的，是不是我律师自己也搞不清楚送错了？ | c******t

发帖数: 160 | 3 我和楼主的情况比较相似。也是131寄到TSC，收到的却是NSC的receipt notice，居然
信封还是没封好口的。
问题是在这种情况下，我的case到底是在NSC还是TSC啊？
