请问各位：
1）这个筛选是随即的还是基于什么原因？
2）我看历史帖子说可以找Editor写信要证明信。是问他原因还是就做个第3方公证？

发帖数: 45 | 3 You can claim that your paper/discovery is very important and it is a
featured article, 被选做期刊（本行业的顶级杂志）封面. It's not a must to
have a letter from Editor, you may just include a copy of the journal cover
page in your package and list it in your index of exhibits.

Dr. Bigcow’s contribution has been highlighted and cover-featured by the
most important Journals in Science and Engineering, including the November
10, 2014 issue of COW & NIU (C&N) and the November 10, 2014 issue of Nature&
Science.
