要两样东西，
1） you must submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanent
employer, describing your present job duties and position in the
organization,... date you began employment, and the offered salary or wage..
. The letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your
employment-based visa petition(or labor certification) continue to exist.
2)Please submit documentary evidence to establish that you continue to be
engaged in the occupation that is the basis of your National Interest Waiver
. Such evidence may include, but is not limited to:
a currently dated letter from your present employer; copies of recent and/or
ongoing publications or research; copies of recent awards,grants or
fellowships; or other such documentation confirming that you intend to carry
out the terms and conditions of the underlying Form I-140 immigrant visa
petition.
Evidence previously submitted or dated before January 30,2012 will not be
considered.
请指点第二个RFE 怎么回？在工业界久了，没有新的文章或专利，哪个公司出具什么证
明信好呢？

发帖数: 463 | 3 第一条，我也觉得IO乱搞，niw本来就是不需要雇主支持，更别提permanent.
第二条，能证明你目前的industry工作和你申报的领域是一致或者高度相关就行；如果
最近作过review也可以拿来证明.记得有人提过可以自己注册一个xxx咨询
公司（xxx=你申报的领域），不过我觉得比较极端，仅供参考。
