到有人是这样的回信的，请大家帮我们看看：
USCIS records confirm that the constituent's case is pending at this time.
USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and
efficient manner while also ensuring public safety, national security and
compliance with all relevant directions. While the processing steps for most
applications or petitions are completed quickly, a small percentage of
cases involve unresolved issues that may result in adjudication delays. For
example, if our review reveals an issue that may impact an individual's
eligibility for the requested immigration benefit, further inquiring is
needed. The inquiry may include an additional interview and/or contact with
another agency for updates or more comprehensive information.
Unfortunately, there have been no new updates to share at this time. We are
unable to determine at this time when the review process for the case will
be completed. USCIS will issue a decision on your constituent's case once
certain issues are resolved. We are striving to resolve these issues as soon
as possible.
We understand that your constituent may be frustrated by the progress of the
case. However, USCIS must balance individual inconvenience against broader
issues of public safety and national security.
看起来好像问题很严重啊。我们的情况是，我是主申请人，和我lg异地。我去过两次
infopass，都告诉我我的background check已经clear了 （好像2月份就clear了）。我
lg不在，不能给他查。现在不知道这说的unresolved issues是啥啊，如果是我lg的
background check的话，那有可能我的先批吗？还是说要clear了一起批？ |

485长期Pending 是政府的不作为，不然怎么会有WOM？竞还怀疑到是因为这些有犯罪记
录。你去移民局看看公布的485Pending 数据，来自中国的至少一半的人要等一年多，
难道这一半的人都犯过罪吗？ |

不看不知道，一看吓一跳，没想到还有这么多同道的兄弟姐妹啊
我的是11/4/2014，等了10个月，状态永远都是fingerprint fee received，都懒的刷
了，上个月议员帮我催，查到状态是“USCIS records indicate your constituents
cases are currently assigned to an officer for review. Since they are with
an officer, we cannot further expedite the cases. ”这是10天前的状态，到现在
依旧是苦等中。。

标 题: eb23 递交485日期大放水，EAD/AP审批速度估计会受影响

移民改革，下个月开始EB23将分为递交日期和审批日期两种，EB2中国的到05/01/14，
印度的到07/01/11,这就一下子多出50000人可以申请EAD/AP的 (当然大部分是烙印）。
现在审批EAD/ap好像已经比前阵子慢不少了，不知道10月以后会不会更慢。还没拿到
EAD/Ap的做好心理准备，能催的赶快催。 |

前几天，看看日历发现485 pending马上要一年，于是就约了这个911，离交485整整一
年的日子，去做了Infopass。天气转凉，雨下得淅淅沥沥，走进政府楼觉得一切已经无
比熟悉。不记得是第几次了。
一个level比较高的中东裔女officer接待了我。几个月前第一次做Infopass的时候也是
她，几个月后的今天，她依然非常耐心地在系统里面翻查很久然后告诉我，name check
依然pending。
其实我已经料到了，但是走出大楼的时候还是很难过。外面乌云密布，秋风阵阵，有点
萧条的感觉。
因为这个持久不批的485，耽误过国际会议耽误过career change，也耽误了我的
Promotion。不要问为什么，这是HR的执念。
回来的路上我在想怎么办。已经联系过senator，他们没有收到USCIS的回复。联系了
congresswoman，等了一个月才给我回信。联系了first lady，还没有一点回音。
我想，再给他们和自己一个星期的时间，然后，就去打印一百封信，把所有白宫的相关
部门全部寄一遍，直到有人听到我的声音。除此之外，我想不到别的办法。
人生第一次，有想给政府工作的念头，这个地方，就是让我厌恶唾弃的移民局。在以后
的日子里，不管我的case批或者不批，我都一辈子关注高科技人才移民。 |

SRCXXXXXXXXX, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over
your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case.
Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your
notice by October 11, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request
a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give

EB1A 4月底RFE EVL，6月初提交了回复。8月SR说要“additional review”,前几天SR
回复如下，一般来讲不是EVL RFE了就是说security checks结束了吗？
现在这种security checks 又是个啥？485 pending了11个月了，只能坐等阿！
We have placed your case on a processing hold, because the required security
checks remain pending. Until we receive the results of these security
checks, we cannot move forward on your case. We require the results of
security checks before we make a decision on any pending case.
We cannot predict when we will receive the results of these security checks.
Please be assured that we will make every effort to make a decision in your
case as soon as the security checks are complete.

之前发过贴，去年12月rd的，找过议员，说是有unresolved issues, 去过infopass两
次，都说我的background check clear了。。但是前天网上提交了sr，今天收到回信说
我的background check is still open。于是很奇怪地打了电话，转到tier 2, 那人跟
我说我的case 9月10号被交到FBI了。。说是highest level of background check....
哭死了，怎么回事啊！有人了解吗？
btw, 以下是今天收到的sr的回复，好像跟大家都不太一样嘛。。。
The status of this service request is:
We have received your service request and researched the status of your case
. Our system indicates that the required background investigation for your
pending application is still open. We cannot move forward with your case
until the background investigation is completed.
These background checks are required to be completed on all applicants who
apply for the immigration benefit you are seeking. We will make every effort

之后是漫长的等待，15年3月份发现out of processing timeframe，于是做SR，结果SR
根本没人理我，说是4月1号之前给消息，到了四月份连一封信一个email都没收到。然
后给senator写信，回复说USCIS正在处理，要等60天。60天后收到RFE，体检已经过期
，于是重新体检。新的体检表I－693在7月底上交。再之后

收到绿卡 9／21／2015

是回家等着。貌似是实话，但如果回家等着有用的话，找你干嘛？她可能永远理解不了
等待４８５的痛苦，每天无助的刷屏和重复的失望，这种煎熬就是精神折磨，可以申请
酷刑了。 |

for Evidence (RFE) to certain applicants. The RFE was mailed to applicants
who may be impacted by additional Department of State priority date movement
for certain visa preferences.
On May 22,2015 we mailed you the Request for Evidence (RFE) to the address
we had on file at that time. Please follow any instructions in the notice.
