and others indicates citation records in the thousands”。不知道是不是传说
中的杀手，公司律师不让看原件和petition letter。
准备了几个月，今天被通知终于寄出去了。

Reference letter：前后准备了20+，基本都是独立推荐人，不知道被采用了多少
