交485，除非485也交给律师做，他们可以给一起提交。难道交了140没有RD自己就不能
交485了？
主要是ld 身份月底过期，不想转H4了，是不是过期前提交485就可以了？ |

发帖数: 8496 | 3 after you have I-140 receipt, you can file I-485 with the copy of that
receipt.
Otherwise, you file I-140 and I-485 together in the same package.
Same to your LD, if LD wants to file I-485, either you both file I-485 in
the same package, or LD waits till you have I-485 receipt and then file the
derivative I-485 with the principal's I-485 receipt copy. |

毕竟你已经授权整个package给律师了。

你自己拿来了加点啥或拿掉点啥，律师都要负责的。毕竟人家签了G28。
我猜concurrent filing一旦要加G28，所有表都要加，所以律师必须要你加钱。
