公司人事，是否需要更新I-9表以及启用EAD,得到回复如下：
Thanks for sending your new Form I-94. The “DA” means that you have been
admitted back based on your advance parole travel and work authorization
document. As such, you are working pursuant to your AP/EAD, as authorized.
While I do not think it is required for the company to update your Form I-
9 to specifically reflect this, there is also no harm in doing so. Since you
are concerned about it, just reach out to *** so you can schedule an
appropriate time to show your work authorization card/AP document to the
appropriate person and they can update this information for you.
貌似她觉得更新i-9没什么必要，但是更新也没什么坏处。。。
请有经验的给个建议，到底要不要跟公司更新？ |

，发现下面这段文字。请注意最后一句话。
“O-1s also benefit from dual intent and may retain their O-1 status while
the Labor Certification and I-140 are pending. However, once the I-485 has
been filed, they must apply for Advance
Parole for travel and an Employment Authorization Document for employment
that continues beyond their previously approved O-1 status or after they
reenter with Advance Parole”

发帖数: 12623 | 8 你律师不懂。你不是woking pursuant to EAD。你AP回来，虽然不是H1b身份，也仍然
可以继续用原来的H1b的工作允许。跟EAD无关。所以不需要更新，除非你想用EAD。 |
