质疑contribution：
1）所有的 RLs都是笼统的介绍我的工作，没有details： Specifically the letters
of reference do not give definitive examples of how the beneficiary's
contributions are original and have significantly impacted his field at the
time the petition was filed. Rather the letters give an overview of the
beneficiary's work
2）质疑在conference上作oral presentation 不能说明出众： The USCIS does not
find that presenting one's work at conference persuasively distinguishes
oneself from other researchers. Many professionals regularly hold conference
to present new work, discuss findings and network with other professionals.
These conferences are promoted and sponsored by professional associations,
business, educational institutions and government agencies. Participation in
such events does not elevate the beneficiary above others in the field. The
record includes no evidence that the participation at conferences was due
to the beneficiary's significant contribution to his field of endeavor.
我感觉IO没怎么看我的PL，我的PL中有5，6处都是别人的论文大段大段引用、实现和评
价我的工作的；
IO抓住RLs来challenge，
还有就是CS的top conference 的oral presentation，在contribution 中提了；
不知道怎么回复，求教？

x%吧。
第一点我之前回复其它帖子也提到，推荐信不要潦草，写的时候都站在对方的立场来写
，怎么认识你的，引用了你什么工作，对自己有什么帮助。我认为推荐信还是很重要的
，之前有例子三篇paper，十几的引用因为有军工的推荐信eb1a也过了的。either找推
荐人重新签新rl，或者找新的推荐人吧。

发帖数: 2334 | 22 你这是材料没准备好。根据我的经验，1)推荐信要很直白，举例说明你怎么这么厉害，
要具体，要直接说top多少多少。2）如果不能提供会议选为发言是因为你在field里面
top多少，这个不能作为contribution，都是要有证据的。另外常见的一个容易犯的错
误就是说自己发了多少多少篇文章，这个如果放contribution里要加工，IO会说，你们
做研究的发论文是常规工作，不足以说明你优秀。
这个RFE不算冤枉，RFE写得还挺具体的。

清楚
RL里面必须给出具体例子，例如xxx在yyy年zzz会议上发的文章论述了***
另外，楼上说要写Top %，我觉得要看推荐人，如果只是普通AP级别可以，领域Top 1大
牛有空帮你算Percent，说出去谁信？

RFE 着重质疑contribution 涉及到的两点1）RL不详细，2）oral presentation；
我在RFE response 中，是”只需要逐一回复这2点“？
还是，“除了逐一回复这2点 ， 还需要把origin PL中 support contribution的别的
items／evidences 再放在response一遍”？ |

发帖数: 141 | 28 同准备RFE中. 以我看过的经验, RFE response是一个self-contained的PL, 结构上既
有针对老三样标准的分类论证, 也有Step 2 final merit的讨论. 当然, 答复信里要有
针对性回复IO的质疑, 但RFE RESPONSE本身是有一个整体完整的论证结构的.
Original petition递交的材料不用重新递, 但可以择要在RFE response里提.(你可以
把新材料和旧材料用不同的EXHIBIT NUMBER,方便cite.) RFE response里六七成是新的
材料.
