After this process is complete, the Alien Files (A-Files) containing the
aforementioned Forms I-485 may be referred to an administrative review which
will facilitate the return of the cases to an officer for adjudication at
the NSC. We are unable to determine the date on which your constituents’
permanent residency cases will be assigned to an adjudicating officer and/or
when the adjudication process may be completed. If your constituents do
not receive a decision or other notice of action within 30 days, you may
contact us for an update. Please be advised that the NSC is unable to grant
requests for expedited processing in Form I-485 cases. Please note that

昨天在找议员催了，今天得到USCIS回复如下：
USCIS records indicate that Mr. Wang’s and Ms. Chi’s Forms I-485 cases
have been assigned to an officer. Although the cases have been assigned to
an officer, your constituents must take into consideration that time is
still needed for routine preliminary security checks and adjudication
completion. For those reasons we are unable to predict when they will
receive either a decision or other notice of action. If your constituents
do not receive a decision or other notice of action within 30 days, you may
contact us for an update.
请问这次是BC过了的意思吗，Adjudication completion一般要多久呀？等得都抑郁了。 |
