2019年10月底做过移民体检，哪几项（疫苗等）是仍然有效，可以这次省略不做的？
求好心人指点，多谢了！
另求问，USCIS收到我的693之后，一般多久会收到绿卡？我是去年9月底同时交了485+
AP+EAD, 但是因为485的申请费弄错了两次（以为曾经做过biometrics, 没交$85），
11月底第三次寄出485到才被接受，但是AP+EAD的RD都是9月底，至今没动静，不知是否
要催一下。 |

我2019年11月去当地移民局做过485面试，当时面交了 i-693, 但是因为在等待485期间
离境被否了。这次是第二次提交485，我在cover letter里也写了已经提交医生签名封
口的i-693。为什么USCIS不认呢？不是出了新规，豁免 60-day rule了吗？我可否写信
给USCIS告诉他们在我的package里找一下原先的693 （在面试时看到我的一厚叠材料摆
在桌上）和新的规定？当然，我一方面也联系移民医生，再约一个体检，就是要等个十
天半月，跑两趟。
以下是USCIS的新规：
This temporary waiver, effective December 9, 2021 until September 30, 2022,
applies to all Forms I693 associated with applications for underlying
immigration benefits that have not been adjudicated, regardless of when the
application was submitted or when the Form I-693 was signed. The guidance
contained in the Policy Manual is controlling and supersedes any related
prior guidance. |

要保证693在IO审查485时依然有效。重做693吧，花不了多少钱和时间 |

60-day rule也取消了，就是这第3条不知什么意思：USCIS 在2021/09/30之前对 485做
出过裁决 （approval, RFE, denial?) approval or denial都不make sense.
USCIS may consider a completed Form I-693 as valid if:
1. The civil surgeon’s signature is dated no more than 60 days before the
applicant filed Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or
Adjust Status;
2. No more than four years have passed since the date of the civil surgeon’
s signature; and
3. A decision on the applicant’s Form I-485 is issued on or before Sept. 30
, 2021. |

发帖数: 411 | 7 4年有效期是老黄历了，已于21年10月失效。当时是为了21财年末多批卡采取的非常之举
现在只有签字60 day rule的暂停，有效期还是两年

Effective December 9, 2021, USCIS is temporarily waiving the requirement
that the civil surgeon sign the Report of Medical Examination and
Vaccination Record (Form I-693) no more than 60 days before the date the
applicant files an Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust
Status (Form I-485).
