另外找工作就像找bf/gf,有一些通用的准则,
但是没必要因为某个boss奇怪的癖好去迎合.
有的地方只招PHD quit的,那是不是也该quit一下再去申请阿. | c***z

我觉得吧，这种manager一看你想做Research或者学界经验丰富就不要你的组，不去也
罢。估计就是要大材小用招博士去码代码什么的，这种地方去了，前途不甚光明。
本来找工作就是双向选择的，人还是要找到真正适合自己发展的公司，team,老板。。
。以免去了几个月就捉摸着走人。
