the job market for quite sometime. Then an opportunity comes last month when
a local company called me for an onsite interview. The company is a fortune
500 with a relative large branch here. The interview is ok. After one and a

发帖数: 5 | 4 If I know what means by "move forward", I will not post here. I feel that
there may be some contigencies before they make an offer. This is my guess
only.
Regards to recuiter, may be a more appropriate name is called "talent
acquisition specialist". Big companies uses internal recuiter to find
candidate and they belong to the HR department. In some job interviews, you
will meet one from HR and another person from internal recruiter.
