College graduates are welcome, but it seems they rejected more fresh
graduates than engineers with years experience. If you feel very confident

发帖数: 25 | 19 I don't have the exact job description, but I know it's from Server and
Tools division.
The JD is actually not that important if you know the way Microsoft
interviewing people. They rarely ask you language specific questions and
they tend to focus on algorithm for most of the time. So if you are good
at algorithm implementation you are good to go.
