发帖数: 83 | 5 未上市公司是不可能发给你RSU的，只可能是stock option
通常，stock option的定价，会在每次董事会开完后有更新，也就是说你上班后的第一
次董事会会给你的stock option定价；如果是上市公司，一般按照董事会当天公开股票
交易价格收盘价。
上班满一年后，可以excercise的股票就从0%突然变成25%，但并不一定需要exercise。
在这之后，每个月都有1/48的stock option可exercise。而买入这些股票需要的金钱就
是当初董事会定价的价格*你想买入的股数。
看你的情况是一个非上市公司，只有公司上市后；或者你想离开公司的时候需要行权（
当然，离开时如果你不看好这个公司，或者上市公司股票价格跌破行权价，就没必要行
权了），否则期权有效期内（一般10年），没必要行权。 |

搂主是学机械专业的。看着满版的ｇｏｏｇｌｅ，ｍｓ面试机会，学ＣＳ的不会明白这
年头学机械的找个工作有多难。
另外一个问题：
12 months after the date your vesting begins 这里是the date是开始上班的那天
吗？谢谢。 |
