good sign that you most likely passed the interview and they are
interested in you.
Background check is another process that is hold after you signed the
offer. They will ask 3rd party to check your background, includes
education, working experience and crime record to make sure you can work
for them and has the experience you provided in your resume.

还没有电面就要推荐信，真的是很烦很烦很烦。不去问我的推荐人要吧，又怕到时候后
悔。去要呢，觉得好麻烦。又不是自己真心很想去的职位。我都怀疑他们那些是绿卡广
告，为了不让人申请，所以估计把申请过程弄的那么复杂了。 |
