被拒了还能appeal吗？
h1-b 被拒有没有grace period， 有多长时间？

The lawyer told me I am denied. I donot know the exact reason yet. I will
check this with him.
How long will the appeal process take?
Now I have to go back to school again.

What should I do if I want to change H1-B to F1 status? Should I choose my
previous university or some community college for the I-20?
What about the gap during this period？
Should I go to Mexico, Canada, or go back China for the Visa? Is it possible
to change my status in US? |
