documentation) before publishing it here. I type the post with english coz
it is convenient. forgive my grammar error or typo, can't spend more time
on that.
In fact, do any friends here know the working culture or environment of GE
global research center? it will be appreciated if those information can be
shared.

我在学校的career center听老师说这种tell me about yourself的问题，回答个1-
2min就可以了。要留点给人家问问题的空间，讲太多怕人家不耐烦。。。
你那20min是一气呵成吗？都赶上半个seminar了，会不会太长啊？ |

I did my homework before interview by studying the job description and my
resume.
And he make it clear that he will give me chunk of time to sell myself.
Therefore, I cover my experience with concise language according to the
requirements of job description.
On the other hand, I'm listening to his reaction. He didn't show any
intention to switch topics or annoying. Therefore, I assume he will like to
understand my expereince better.
So I think it really depends on who is your future manager

对于GRC，他们注重Phd期间发表论文的数量和质量。我第一次是内部推荐的，很match
，可惜偶没有准备好。第二次是他们直接找我的，第三次是他们邀请我投的一个职位。
我的简历在他们数据库中。可惜，后两个和我的phd work相差还是有点大，俺是恶补了
一些知识。如果match的话，group interview后，他们会很快给反馈的，最慢的2周，
并邀请onsite。

犯了很多错误。这样看来manager不会再你的account写负面的评语。
不然其他lab也不会来找你的。
这样看起来还很公平，何以来第二次，第三次。

suggested me to allocate time for the onsite interview. It seems the group
interview will be similar to the first round of interview. Is this true?
Second question, how to prepare the onsite? It will take full day. It
includes one hour presentation.

里的书架上有本孔子。个人不喜欢group interview，去之后每个人都会有个人陪着，
基本你不用担心什么，也不用付什么钱，难道不是两天吗？一般是做完presentation，
然后跟人谈，每人半个小时，开始是HR的人，然后是公司的人，车轮战。
