发帖数: 391 | 1 Please help to find out the reasons. Why did I fail the onsite?
I have had 3 onsite this year. For the 1st one, I thought I did it
successfully--I prepared for almost every question they asked. They didn't
give me the offer. Instead, they started to advertise the position again.
For the 2nd one at government, everyone was lukewarm except the HM. I
didn't answer every Q with excellence.
For the most recent onsite (this past Friday), I don't think it
successful. HM left half-way. He even didn't show up to say bye at the end.
I'm trying to approach the problem from different perspective. First of
all, everyone admits that I am professional and hard-working. They admit
that I am friendly, polite and easy to get along with.
What are the reasons? Interview skills, maybe some. Answer questions
exactly to the point, maybe some. Public speaking skills, maybe some. | s********y
