Have you ever been refused admission to the U.S., or been the subject
of a deportation hearing or sought to obtain or assist others to obtain a
visa, entry into the U.S., or any other U.S. immigration benefit by fraud or
willful misrepresentation or other unlawful means?
我以前F1签证被据过一次，那这个要填YES吗？
2. 这个表还让我提供成绩单。我毕业的时候忘了办了，那是不是得要学校盖章的正式
成绩单才行啊？
