onsite后两星期recruiter打电话说过了Hiring Committee, 然后材料提交operating
committee.
然后又过了两星期，今天接到电话，悲剧了...
请教有可能什么环节出了问题，resume,reference,还是onsite表现？
听说过了hiring committee有90%的可能拿到offer，所以有点难以理解.. |
