不是new grad了，4+year ASIC Design/verification experience.
去年从湾区搬家来北卡，临时找了一个contractor， 做verification
做了一年了，还不给转正，于是星期四开始发简历
周五接到email说转过来周一lunch interview
周一lunch interview, 感觉一般，
周二，接到HR电话周四onsite
周四，onsite半天，跟组里人都见了，聊了，觉得挺喜欢
周五，接到offer
周一，接到HR confirm 收到我signed offer，给2weeks notice
给找工作的童鞋建议
1， 花大量时间研究要面试的公司，看whole picture，看前景 （ 我花了整个半天看
这个）
2， 把自己简历上做过的project要烂熟于心，不必记住detail，反正也不应该说
detail，都算公司confidential的，但是原理与道理要深刻理解。（我onsite的时候就
被问了一个问题：你做过的你最喜欢的design是什么，talk about it， 然后能看出来
HM在我present的过程中问很fundamental的问题，看我理解是不是深刻）
3， onsite的时候表现出以下品质
好学，勤奋，乐观，teamwork，
