least for financial service companies) the numbers are relatively recent. |

单就工资来说,码工也就这两年涨了点。体制内的是一直跟着通胀在涨,比十年前
高不少了。美国总体的生活水平是在下降的。

如果是H-1B的话还可以查H-1B salary的历史数据(不过那儿一般只报
base的,没有算上bonus、RSU)。不过有的职位variations实在是太大,
特别是对于工作五年以后的。
其实我觉得glassdoor上最有用的就是让你知道人外有人。:)
