面试中间谈到我有一个pending offer,是来自于他们最强的竞争对手。两家公司在这个
领域基本上是Top1 top2的区别。竞争对手要大些，势头更旺些。
本来HR说这周三之前他们能做决定，刚才发信问了一下。HR答复如下
Have you received a written offer at this point? We’re wondering about your
decision time frame.
但问题是我现在竞争对手的written offer还没有到手，虽然他们的HR三周前就告诉我
，说offer package在处理中了。两周前问他时，又说现在是他们的财政年末，事情很
多。他不知道offer批准到哪步，也不知道还需要多久？
现在我的想法是，如果我刚面试的这家公司，给的offer还可以，我就打算接受了，不
等第一家了。本着这个初衷，怎么回答这个HR的email呢？ | w********c

1). "I was told by my recruiter in the other company that they are working
out the offer details. If you could let me know my hiring decision by end of
this week, we should be in good shape in terms of time frame."
2). "Comparing with the other company, I prefer your company because I
really liked the team members I met, and the project aligns perfectly with
my background and career aspiration."
Things are not looking too good with the other company. I recommend you to
follow up with them immediately after you receive offer from the competitor,
and do a final push again one day before you sign the offer letter.

如果HR和HM怕给了你offer你又去qcom吧，或者想根据你拿到的qcom的package给你。如
果你真心觉得package ok你就会去的话，就好好表表忠心吧。

刚才如实回答了，说还没收到正式offer.另外也表达了倾向于去他家。还问对方是不是
打算给我offer了。
结果hr回复说，他们还没做决定，他还没收到面试我的人的意见，需要大概几天到两周
时间。nnd，白激动了。他们也太滑头了。
