Job description
IBM's System Networking Division is singularly focused on the data center
market. With a team of 300 plus of expert data center networking
professionals, IBM / BLADE has shipped more than 10 Million Ethernet ports.
We are currently looking for a highly skilled software architects for the
System Networking Development Group in San Jose.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 10 years experience in an engineering software development role
At least 5 years experience in systems programming in Linux/Unix, C/C++
At least 5 years experience in and strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking
protocols
Preferred
Master's Degree in Engineering
At least 10 years experience in systems programming in Linux/Unix, C/C++
At least 10 years experience in and strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking
protocols
At least 2 years experience in networking device drivers and/or the TCP/
IP stack development
At least 2 years experience in server virtualization (platforms like
VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, or Xen, and technologies like virtual switching, cloud
computing etc.)
English : Intermediate
Additional information
Relocation/Visa - Available for qualified candidate
• Strong problem solving acumen
• Good communications skills
• Experience in data center oriented technologies
Any additional networking, OS experience, or data center knowledge is an

发帖数: 639 | 13 for fresh 肯定是比不上那几个热门公司的。能拿大package的牛人大概就不用浪费时
间了。
另外这个职位本身是做路由器的，部门里大部分都是Cisco 和Juniper跳过来的。主要
是做embedded c programming. 我自己觉得这个方向还可以，但是看不上这个方向的就
不用勉强了，毕竟第一份工作基本上就限定了以后的方向了。
板上给我发简历的同学，我下周一会把简历发给老板，就不一一回复了。

组里也主要是印度人，这个行当就是这样，不过我觉得很多印度人也还是不错的。反正
俺已经习惯了和印度人混了。

现在的job hunting很多根本不care你做过什么，算法OK就通过。。

整天面试做算法 估计职位最多到高级软件工程师
像更上一层楼 还是要看一个方向的积累。

。我们还在国内还有个分部。

雇你？ 2年和4年没什么区别，0 和 2年还是有区别的

树的建立， 遍历， 查询，插入，删除。
其他的我看到(150 题) 关于树的算法 大部分 都是java 写的啊？
请指点。。。。
