to the job description and potentially better than others.

司。完了信不过我还发了个题目让我编好了发给他。卧去！朋友里面被RIM据过的有去
Aple的，有去Qcom的，都是很优秀的。我也是投过rim很多次，没面试直接据。有个朋
友onsite了两次还是三次，HR都带她参观kitchener的房子了，真搞笑，结果一回头给
据了。这次有个朋友的offer被withdraw，再次印证了这家公司不仅与员工挫，公司本
身问题也大。

RIM以前用Taleo 的，那些自动据信大部分是taleo发的，估计还是resume keywords
match的不好吧 |

mind and MATCH your experiences/projects as close/better as possible, for
any job that really interested.
A uniform resume sent to multi jobs usually gives negative results.

apply on blackberry career website yourself to ping the HR.
Some tips for new folks. Good luck!
- Do your homework and Prepare MATCHED resume for each interested job. Pay
at least the same effort as applying for university admission.
- Send MATCHED resume to 10 jobs is much better than posting 1 generic
resume to 100+ jobs.
- Emphasize your experience/projects related to the job description. Your
other not-that-related skills add little score.
- Really have no experience? Plan/find and do some projects related to the
interested jobs just by yourself. If necessary, buy some development kit (
such as ARM/DSP based boards if embedded system). You have to look for
gaining experiences actively.
- Learn from your colleagues who find jobs. Check social websites such as
linkedin to see how people present their experiences.
- Try to find intern positions way before graduation.
- Don't go ahead to study for PhD just because lazy on finding job during
Master. And don't wait to have it finished. Always easier to find job
earlier/from a lower level.
