My other Chinese colleague got his case receipt yesterday. I asked the
lawyer and HR person today.
Just received this from my HR:
At this time, our counsel continues to receive information from USCIS. I
apologize but I have no news regarding your petition.
Begging for blessing...

Have to make a back plan in advance. Any suggestions?
my options:
1. relocate to oversea branch
2. file F1 and work with CPT
3. find an E-verify company and extend OPT
4. Go back to school, full-time F1
