公司最近有好几个opening，big data/marketing automation方向的， Series A well
funded.
不想让阿三全部占去，请国人们来申请：m*******[email protected]。
另外小弟是公司里hiring committee的成员，只要你懂得基本算法、consistent
hashing (Distributed Hashing) 之类的小弟都会尽量放行。对了，地点在 San Mateo
, CA (Close to 101 & 92 junction)，公司小暂时不sponsor H1B
1. Data Scientist
Summary:
We are looking for someone with strong machine learning skills who can
formulate and solve tough big data problems.
Detailed description:
- Masters/PhD in Computer Science
- Languages: C++/Java/Python/Perl
- Technologies: Mapreduce/Hadoop/Hive
- Very data driven and ability to slice and dice large volumes of data
- Experience with SEM/SEO/Display Ads etc. a strong plus
- Preferably has >5 years experience at a top silicon valley company in a
data role.
Attraction for this role:
- Be responsible for all the machine learning and Data Mining that will go
behind Company's platform

2. Frontend Engineer
Summary:
We are basically looking for someone who is very good with developing online
Tools.
Detailed description:
- Competent in one or more of: Ruby on rails, PHP, web.py or any other
frontend software
- Atleast 4-5 years experience developing websites and online tools
- Proficient in JS/HTML/jQuery etc. and Hands on experience with REST apis
- Design/UX skills a great plus
- Experience with Google DART or Salesforce a huge plus
Attraction for this role:
- Be responsible to design and develop all the tools that will go behind
Company's marketing and Sales interfaces

3. Systems/Operations Engineer
Summary:
The person should be very strong in computer science and programming. Basic
responsibility is to get systems up and running, debug servers and apis etc.
Detailed Description
- Very proficient in amazon technologies, like AWS/S3 etc.
- Very proficient in Hadoop/Hive etc.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals like multithreading/OS/Complexity
analysis/
- Very strong in either JAVA or C++
- Strong debug skills and can keep large systems up and running
- Good knowledge of Git/Mercurial/Any bug tracking system/nagois etc.
Attraction for this role
- Be responsible for all the operations and systems processes that'll go
into the Company's core platform.
- Design, develop and optimize the REST APIs for the Company's core platform

对了，虽然表面上是要5年经验不过 Fresh也可以，只要不需要H1B就可以

顶一下。不过要求经验又不sponsor h1b。就有点难了。
fresh大多数没有经验、没绿卡。
有经验，有绿卡的，怕是难被吸引。

base 140K+ 吧，还有不少equity。不过还是要取决于你的经验和面试表现。
sigh 简历不要怕吹。我常常看到阿三的简历写的跟爱因斯坦转世一样。你简历要象阿
三那样会吹才会有面试机会。
