developer with a strong Sybase / SQL background. The team engaged in the
migration of its database servers from Sybase 11 and 12 to Sybase 15. As
part of these migrations a resource is required to assist with analysis of
the application’s stored procedures and other components to determine where
improvements may be made to enhance the application’s performance, as well
as ensure the code is written to industry standard specifications.
Other projects include new Java development engagements involving various
modules within the application. The engagement is expected to last
approximately 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Required skills:
• Extensive Sybase / SQL experience
• Java J2EE
• Oracle Weblogic
• HTML/JSP
• JavaScript
