This position combines the following roles from the IT Career Framework:
Business Consultant, Architect, Technical Integrator, Software Engineer, and
Program Manager.
Basic Qualifications：
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or 2-3 years of equivalent experience
Knowledge of the software development life cycle, spanning the entire
lifecycle from project initiation to deployment, support, and retirement
SQL experience Experience with Requirements Management Familiarity with
Software Quality Assurance methods and techniques
Knowledge and experience with current IT technologies
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United
