标 题: 十月一日之前h1b批准了，雇主还能revoke么？如果新雇主transfer了呢？

我的问题就是，如果10月1日之前，h1b批准了之后。老雇主还能revoke么？
如果老雇主revoke之前，我的新雇主，已经transfer了，并且成功了。这样还能保住
h1b么？ |

You CANNOT transfer because you have not started your H1B.
But, you can work for another company if you already got you H1B cap.
Your new company will need to file a brand new H1B petition and since you
already got your cap, it will be a non-cap case. Of course, your current
company need to revoke since you are not working for them anymore. So it is
easy, let your new company file a new one and let your current company
revoke this one. Since you are still in OPT, so there is no gap. |

you don't need new quota.1099 is not. |
