题目是电话之前出让我写好电面的时候在讨论所以细节也不能问interviewer，是个类
似lc anagrams的题，处理string的。邮件里写”you may not use library routines
in your implementation“，请问这种情况下能用map么？能用sort（string.begin(),
string.end())么？
