是不是员工的提前6个月辞职?否则有法律问题
Final and Binding Arbitration
Claims and disputes submitted under this Agreement for arbitration shall be
decided by a neutral Arbitrator whose decision shall be final and binding on
the Employee and HFHS when made in accordance with his/her jurisdiction and
authority. Judgment on any award by the Arbitrator may be entered in any
court within Wayne County, MI.
Conditions that Must be Satisfied before Submitting a Claim for Arbitration
Non-leadership Employees may not submit a claim to arbitration relating to
and/or arising out of an involuntary termination from employment before
attempting to resolve the dispute internally pursuant to the HFHS
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program described in HFHS Policy 5.25.
Applicable Time Limits
For all leadership separations and non-leadership voluntary separations,
demands for arbitration must be submitted within 6 months of the separation.
For non-leadership involuntary terminations, demands for arbitration must
be submitted within 6 months of the date of the decision of the ADR Panel.
If the employee initially pursues a claim covered by this Policy with an
administrative agency, a request for review by a HFHS ADR Panel must be
submitted within 90 days of the disposition by the administrative agency
before a demand for arbitration may be submitted. The demand for arbitration
must be submitted within 6 months of the date of the decision of the ADR
Panel.
Claims Not Subject to this Agreement
This Agreement does not apply to claims for workers’ compensation or
unemployment compensation benefits. Nothing in this Agreement affects the
Employee’s right to file a charge with an administrative agency such as the
EEOC, Michigan Department of Civil Rights, Department of Justice, or the
National Labor Relations Board. Nor are claims based on an employee pension
plan or other benefit plan covered by this Agreement where the plan
contains arbitration or other non-judicial dispute resolution procedures.
The Employee and HFHS understand and agree that any action by HFHS to
enforce an agreement concerning non-competition, non-solicitation, trade
secrets, and/or confidentiality shall also be excluded from this Agreement.
Impact on “At Will” Employment Status
The Employee understands that he/she is an “at will” employee whose
employment may be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without
notice and further understands that this Agreement does not constitute a
contract of employment or change the “at will” employment status.
Additionally, no HFHS Employee will be retaliated against in any way for
invoking this Agreement in good faith to seek the resolution of a dispute.

这个还是at will的合同。6个月那个是提交劳动仲裁的期限,意思是如果你在离职的时
候有任何异议,不管是你自愿离职还是被开,你必须在6个月之内向指定的第三方机构
提交仲裁要求。

多谢,如果我离职,但是单位不同意,他们会不会起诉我呢

At will合同的法律意义就是任何一方都可以随时退出,没有任何附加条件。你离职,
他们不能因为你离职本身去告你。
