The Egencia Reporting Services team is looking for an experienced Business
Intelligence (BI) resource responsible for delivering on (BI) solutions,
reporting, and analytics in a data warehouse environment in support of one
of our largest global strategic customers. The successful candidate must be
able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables
end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic fast-
paced environment. This individual must be self-motivated and work well
under pressure to meet deadlines within short time constraints.
Responsibilities:
* Drive the conception, development, implementation and maintenance of
innovative reporting, and analytic solutions for one of Egenica’s largest
global customers in the corporate travel space.
• Act as the key point of contact for the global customer to champion
the reporting/analyses required and to drive analytics that will take the
customer to the next level of business intelligence insights.
• In coordination with the global business owners and account managers
, manage the day-to-day details of deliverables, including the plan,
schedule, task assignments, scope, and communications.
• Fulfill ad-hoc requests for data and analysis.
• Define/develop/implement robust, automated solutions for extracting,
transforming, and loading data from multiple data sources.
• Understand and be able to recommend and apply data warehousing best
practices in the design of robust/sustainable reporting solutions.
• Build and maintain business intelligence reports and a delivery
environment with a variety of tools that best fits the customers reporting
needs with heavy emphasis on SQL Server, Business Objects, and Excel.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years’ experience in IT/Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence
space
• Advanced experience with relational databases(preferably sql server)
, T-SQL, ETL, and SSIS packages.
• Expert level experience in building reports for business analysis
and management decision making using Business Objects
. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
present complex technical information clearly and concisely to varying
audiences
• Proven track record in handling multiple tasks and projects
simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively, and independently
managing deliverables and timelines. • Expert level experience in
Excel MACRO development and VBA.
• Data modeling experience with an emphasis on data warehouse
dimensional design
• Travel data experience in a Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence
environment is a big plus
. • Development experience in designing Dashboards with visualization
software such as Tableau, QlikView, etc. a plus.
Work Experience and Education Guidelines:
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related technical
discipline preferred

• Logical thinker with attention to detail and a thorough approach to
work.
• Self-starter with high level of energy and commitment.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, willing to learn and displays a “can do”

different time zones.

得面试的可能性应该高一些。我完全不知道E家招人的偏好。 | l*********u
