1st one: living with landlord couple( 40 -- 50 years old ), 3 people in
total, private bathroom
2st one: landlord does not live in the house,but will have 4 roommates, 5
people in total, share bathroom
Feel that the first one's landlord is picky, concern that he will give some
trouble when living in.. Any suggestions which one is better ? | p*****3

access.
However if you are new and need the help, recommendation, opinion and so on
here and there from your roommates, the 2nd one seems to be better choice. | W***n

发帖数: 30 | 4 That's the thing: when I meet the landlord, feel that he is a picky guy.
Concern that if I frequently use the kitchen, living room, etc, he will not
be happy ? especially his lease does not mention the lease term, which
means he can use the 30 day notice to get me out anytime he wants..

发帖数: 30 | 5 hard to say which I will feel comfortable, unless I try both of them.
Difference is that one is living with landlord ( private bathroom ), one is
living with 2 more roommates( shared bathroom )
