今天，某肛男严肃地说，如果你没准备好杀人，就不要拥枪。没必要不出枪，出枪就是
有生死危机了。
一个月前，该肛男邀请网友去他家，让他用枪指着pull trigger，还让别人read the
law, 看来他是打算杀人了。
按照肛男们的逻辑，他一定是菊花痒了，才喜欢在网络上进行verbal assault：
An assault is carried out by a threat of bodily harm coupled with an
apparent, present ability to cause the harm. It is both a crime and a tort
and, therefore, may result in either criminal or civil liability. Generally,
the common law definition is the same in criminal and Tort Law. There is,
however, an additional Criminal Law category of assault consisting of an
